Shipping policy

Although we try our very best to process all orders within 1-2 business days, please note that the processing of your order, the parcel in transit, and or delivery may be DELAYED due to the Peak Holiday Season.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

XXSBEAUTIE is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. We will open up a missing package investigation with USPS on your behalf & hopefully they can retrieve the package. We send out tracking information so that you can be available to receive all packages.

Cancelling an Order:
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at xxsbeautie.gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

LOCAL PICKUP

Please allow 2 hours to process your order. You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email once your order is available for pickup. Please wait until you receive the Ready for Pickup email before coming to pick up your order. Bring your email confirmation with the order number, along with a government-issued photo ID.
